Do każdej z czterech zatok możemy zamontować dysk 8 TB, w sumie stworzą one macierz o ogromnej pojemności. My mieliśmy okazje testować NAS-a z dyskami WD RED 6 TB, które właśnie do tego typu zadań są przeznaczone. Niestety tej klasy sprzęt nie jest tani. Sam serwer to koszt nieco powyżej 2 tys. złotych. W połączeniu z ceną czterech dysków o pojemności 6 TB robi się wręcz kosmiczna suma, zbliżając się do 7 tys. złotych. Czekamy na tańszego dolara i obniżkę cen w niedalekiej przyszłości.
