# Dlaczego QuWAN Agent UI utknął na Loading screen?

### Opis

Podczas otwierania **QuWAN Agent** na serwerze NAS, interfejs użytkownika może pozostać zablokowany na ekranie **Loading** i proces instalacji nie może być kontynuowany.

### Przyczyna

Ten problem może wystąpić, gdy **Port Trunking** jest włączone w ustawieniach sieciowych serwera NAS. Gdy karta sieciowa jest skonfigurowana z **Port Trunking**, QuWAN Agent może nie być w stanie prawidłowo zainicjować środowiska sieciowego, powodując, że interfejs użytkownika pozostaje na ekranie Loading.

### Rozwiązanie
