witam,

jestem bardzo świeży mam problem ostatnio siedzę sobie pracuje i nagle mój qnap zaczął piszczeć. Po jakimś czasie sprubowałem się zalogować jednak nie dało rady po resecie twardym z guzika power wszedłem na niego jednak mogłem sie zalogować na dane admin admin - na pulpicie nie było moich programów jednak dane na dysku się zachowały.

Mam ten serwer 2 miesiące nie wiem co robić do serwisu czy co się mogło stać? Teraz wyjąłem dyski i się zastanawiam. Serwer cały czas mi się sam restartuje i co minutę piszczy sygnałem ok 2-3 sekund.

Co to może być? Uratuje ktoś czy do serwisu z nim?

Robię wg instrukcji:
How-To - System nie startuje i Finder nie wykrywa serwera

Jednak przy punkcie 7 pokazuje mi conneting timeaut. W programie qnap finder znajduje mi serwer.

czy samemu muszę stawiać system?

jak się stawia system czy to jest tudne zadanie, niechce stracić danych z dysków?

jaki mógłby być powód, że to mi się rozsypało samoistnie nie używałem dysku od tygodnia?

Qnap odpalam bez dysków, widzi mi finder.

Jednak po kilku chwilach dysk zaczyna mrugać na czerwono przycisk power i co minuta piszczy sygnałem ok 2-3s.

Jak odpalisz serwer z dyskami to się restartuje i nie możesz się logować? czy tylko brak jest twoich programów na pulpicie?

Zaczęło się od tego, że zaczęło się mrugać na czerwono dioda power i piszczeć co minute 2-3 sekundy dźwięk. Po restarcie guzikiem power dostałem się ale już na pulpicie nie miałem swoich programów (miałem chyba dodatkowy tylko 1 bo mam 2 miesiące qnap-a) i dostałem się nie na moje dane tylko na admin admin. Po tym kliknąłem aktualizacje do najnowszego firmware. Po tym zdarzeniu serwer się znowu zrestartował i już nie mogę się do niego dostać. Cały czas się restartuje. Nie można się dostać.

Po opisie przychodzi mi do głowy, że masz jakiegoś RAIDa i coś się podziało, że się zdegradował. Być może padł jeden z dysków i przy okazji straciłeś konfigurację. W takim wypadku bez uprzedniego zajęcia się faktycznym problemem, aktualizacja firmware była dość niefortunnym pomysłem. Nie wiem w jakim stanie realnie jest teraz twój nas więc trudno powiedzieć jak a droga była by najlepsza. W pierwszej kolejności sprawdził bym czy bez dysków wszystko działa prawidłowo i w razie potrzeby wsadził jakiś inny dysk i tylko na nim odpalił świeży system żeby wiedzieć czy jest w ogóle jakaś podstawa do reklamacji sprzętu. Potem jeśli się okaże, że nas jest OK to pozostaje walka o dane. Jeśli sprzęt ma problemy no to reklamacja. Dużo było tu na forum mowy o reanimacji. Na początek poczytaj:
- przywracanie oprogramowania - firmware recovery
- przywrócenie pracy serwera / dostępu do danych RAID

Myśle, że powinieneś posłuchać tej sugestii. Awaryjność sprzętu jest często nieuzasadniona. Mało tego 99% przypadków z brakiem możliwości przeprowadzenia recovery to zwyczajnie błąd użytkownika lub oprogramowanie blokujące te możliwości. Serio mówie.

Jaki masz model serwera? Warto byłoby abyś ustawił to w swoim profilu.

9 dni po problemie to ja już nie pamiętam w ogóle tego tematu. Myślę, że Ci sie nie spieszy z jego rozwiązaniem. Zresztą widać to po szczególach opisu usterki. Nie jesteś klarowny. Jeśli oczekujesz pomocy w rozwiązaniu usterki, to napisz ze szczegółami swój problem. Jeśli masz z tym kłopot to nie wiem... może nagraj film i umieść na YouTube.

sorry, ale takiego przypadku jeszcze nie było.

bardzo mi się nie spieszy z tym jednak muszę ten problem rozwiązać, starałem się na początku działać wg wszystkich załączonych instrukcji jednak nic nie dają. Tak jak mówię QNAP cały czas samoczynnie czy z dyskami czy bez się restartuje więc cokolwiek na nim zrobienie jest niemożliwe.

Dzięki wielkie wszystkim za udzielone porady czas i pomoc.

Jutro wysyłam do serwisu.

dysk co chwila się restartował.
QNAP w serwisie w Polsce sobie nie poradzili z takim przypadkiem podobno jest w Niemczech nadal czekam ..... bylem w sklepie mam dostać nowy.

serwer powrócił z Niemiec naprawiony działa jednak po dwóch dniach działania - nie musiałem nic konfigurować wszystkie dane były dostępne jak przed awarią. Teraz od rana zaczął znowu piszczeć i się restartować po godzinie mogłem wejść na niego i wyłączyłem automatyczne aktualizacje fireware. Jednak teraz siedzę i znowu zaczął się restartować co to może być?

Czy to może być raid?
w tej chwili mogłem się wreszcie połączyć jednak zrestartował mi hasło dostępu do standardowego ....
i już nie mogę wejść byłem minutę i restart.
