Pomoc Lubuntu VM - Virtualization Station 3.0 traci IP

Mam problem z serverem lubuntu zainstalowanym na Virtualization Station 3.0, co jakiś czas traci IP, po restarcie wszystko wraca do normy. System przeinstalowałem dwa razy i dale ten sam objaw. Inne urządzenia w sieci nie tracą połączenia. W załączniku widać iż na początku otrzymuje prawidłowy lokalny adres IP później w jego miejsce wskakuje coś w stylu MAC adresu.

Wyłączyłem wszystkie ustawienia dotyczące, power saving, wygaszania systemu itd. Nie wiem czy to co zaznaczyłem poniżej w logach jest powiązane z moim problemem. Proszę o jakieś wskazówki co może być nie tak.

- u mnie na 2 oddzielne qnapy (po 1 wirtual-ce staly IP ) MT bipie zmiany OOWN i za chwile UP (dla określonego IP = netwatch na MT)

możesz troszkę rozwinąć skróty i przybliżyć co to oznacza w mojej sytuacji, bo szczerze nie rozumiem o co biega

na Mikrotiku sygnalizacja dźwiękiem że dany w tym przypadku "IP z wirtualki" się rozłączył/połączył - czyli tez występuje problem rozłączania IP.
Log z MT pokazuje DOWN i za chwilę UP dla danego IP co jakiś czas.

@_Toem ale na virtualce widzisz po czymś takim nadal masz IP, bo w moim przypadku traci całkowicie i dopiero restart albo odświerzenie IP pomaga

zrób nowy wirtualny switch , przepnij urządzenia i skasuj stary wirt. switch
+ restart wirtualki (pro forma jakby miała problemy).
