Problem rtorrent (pause)

hi everybody, I'm a new member of this forum...
I tried to use rtorrent on my Qnap ts-119, but I have the problem of 'pause' (with v0.8.4 and v0.8.5) .
The download reaches 100%, start the check, the % is still below 100% and the files are standing in pause (these files are not complete and errors, are not included in the complete folder and remain locked)
Can someone help me fix it?

3. TS-119/219/409: probably will download corrupted torrents (Hash check fails at torrent completion with ".. consider using safe_sync")
- and probably this is caused because of Kernel version

at the moment - no .
You can only wait for update rtorrent++
