[QPKG] Mumble Server (uMurmur 0.2.8B) for ARM - NEW VERSION

It's almost Christmas and I got back to compile time on QNAP, so here's my gift for you:
uMurmur 0.2.8 for ARM (x19 & x09 models). Hope to release x86 in a near future

[Installation instructions]
1. Install and enable the Mumble Server qpkg.
2 A webgui is available after installation at http://[Your_IP_or_Hostname]/umurmur (login with your QNAP admin account)
3. Port can be changed through config file, add this line at the top of it:

bindport = 64738;
