[Description]
osTicket - is a widely-used open source support ticket system. It seamlessly integrates inquiries created via email, phone and web-based forms into a simple easy-to-use multi-user web interface. Manage, organize and archive all your support requests and responses in one place while providing your customers with accountability and responsiveness they deserve.

[Installation instructions]
a. Enable Apache Web Server and Mysql Server.
b. Create a database for osTicket and have the login credentials handy to input them into the installation form.
c. Install the QPKG
*Note - after this QPKG is installed and configured it is recommended to delete the setup folder so I added a line of code to check if the setup folder exists will delete it. This will happen when you disable the QPKG. So make sure to disable/enable the QPKG after you finish the installation. Don't worry about setting the ost-config.php, the permissions are already set.
