Pomoc rtorrent -problemy

Kupiłem zainstalowałem i nie mogę sobie poradzić.
Temat wałkowany ale żadne z rozwiązań nie pomaga.

Wiecznie komunikat o treści:
rtorrent 127.0.0.1 --- --- (warn) rtorrent: watchdog svc: rtorrent is down. Relaunching...




Macie jakieś pomysły ?
