Pomoc rTorrent won't start

Firmware version: 4.3.4.1463 Build 20201006
Model name: QNAP TS-869 Pro

I had the latest version installed 0.9.8-B000 and it had been working fine, however I had to reboot my NAS and now it won't start, continually getting messages from watchdog saying it is down and relaunching.

Launching from the command line gives me the same result, here is the output from the command line:

I have ensured Debug is on and even touched the file but nothing is being written to the DEBUG file.

How do I find out what is stopping the application from starting?

Read the rtorrent.out file in Download share rtorrent/logs directory.

Thank you so much for the speed reply. Looking at that file it had some gobbly gook in it and this message:

rtorrent: Could not open/bind port for listening: Address already in use

However now that I tried to start rTorrent again it is working fine, I don't get it.
