Pomoc How to flash EC controller at TS-251+ (QW41 Rev:1.4)

Hello,
I have TS-251+(QW41 Rev:1.4) that doesn't show nothing on HDMI. After bios memory was disoldered I was found that verification faze of chip programming fails because chip buffer and main memory not same that meant that bios memory dead. After chip replacing flashing is ok(try couple bios dumps), but still no image on HDMI.
I check all voltages, and all looks ok.
I found that fans and diodes works without main bios memory, that means that can be a problem with EC controller firmware. I cant found EC memory chip, so it looks that EC memory inside.
Can somebody help me to flash EC of give EC dump?

This is the correct BIOS file for TS-251+ Rozwiązany - Wsad BIOS QNAP TS-251+
However there is no EC controller in this model.

I tried bios from these post, and still black screen.
I'm quite sure that EC bios corrupted. Can somebody provide dump from this memory? See photos:

It's super IO, not EC.
