Just bought a TS-251+ just to discover that if I correctly set the upload limit on the download station it doesn't work. Looking around it seems that there's a sort of upload bandwidht forced by design (a fixed ratio?). Opened a ticket and got no response. Tomorrow I'll switch back to S (that hasn't this issue on its download station).
