Never fixed the problem with three ( that's right, three) Ts-451 NAS regarding an error with the domain controller feature after mucking me around for 4 months! Completely useless and at times arrogant support team; mislead me and denied the fault ever existed on a NAS in QNAP's environment, but I have a chat transcript with QNAP support agent stating it was a proven bug on their environment. I suggest that people don't buy a QNAP NAS, let alone the ts-451 if you want to use it as a domain controller, which is an advertised feature. Show some respect QNAP and you might get some back!
