Pomoc Trying to buy, could not get Stripe token

I'm trying to buy rtorrent-pro over at qnapclub store with a credit card. However, it won't work. I just get a message saying:
"Could not get Stripe token to make a charge."

Am I doing something wrong or is there another problem?
