I deleted the repository and the icon moved to "My Apps" I can now access it with no problems.

I upgraded to the latest version and the icon now disappears from the app center. If I refresh it appears briefly. Below is a video of what happens Any idea how to fix it? Do I need to remove the repository?

I currently run 0.9.6-0806 will upgrading to the new version erase my preferences/settings or torrents?
