I need help. I don't know where the file and the setting is?
rtorrent.conf
ratio.min.set

Firmware version: 4.4.2 Build 1270
Model name: QNAP TS-673

@Bryan changing settings in rtorrent config makes no sense unless you know what you are doing.
As I understand you want to set minimum ratio right?
It's better to do this by GUI.
Go to the Advanced GUI, open settings and click on a RATIO GROUP tab on a left sidebar.
Set ratio group 1 settings, and change default ratio group to 1.

I had another question. How to Disable tracker timeout error like below?

Are you using public torrents? If yes so, then some of trackers might be unavailable that's why error is reported.
