Xoops - easy to use dynamic web content management system written in PHP. Very customizable, plenty of themes available to download.

[Installation instructions]
a. Enable Apache Web Server and Mysql Server.
b. Create a database for xoops and have the login credentials handy to input them into the installation form.
c. Install the QPKG.
d. Read the install instructions carefully and follow the instructions there to the letter.
