Pomoc rtorrent: Public share not found

Hi All,

my system is 4.3.3 and I upgraded rtorrent from 04.01 to 04.22 and not starting anymore. QNAP reports error " Public share not found". I read in an old article that restore the defaults folders may solve the issue, but in my case does not. Qnap says all the shares are exists and correct.
With 0401 I had no issues.
Please note I cannot start at all the app, so for sure I cannot login.

Problem solved. It was an old rtorrent which is not compatible with QTS 4.3.

i have the same issue as dolon. You say "problem solved". Is there a fix coming up?

Hi,
the problem was that when you download the file the store contains very old version from 2016 !!! I just checked that is April 22, but the year not.
Most probably you downloaded the wrong version and downgraded the app.

I installed the correct version and it started.

Hi dolan,

i think i made the very same mistake. Ive installed the b0422-0.9.6 app because i thought its newer than [URL='http://pool.qnapclub.pl/projects/packages/rtorrent/releases/download/2016-b0422-0.9.6/']b0419-0.9.6[/URL]. However b0422-0.9.6 is from April 2016. My fault!
