Wczoraj musiałem wyłączyć na chwilę serwer (zmiany w okablowaniu elektrycznym). Po ponownym uruchomieniu jeden z dysków w macierzy przestał być widoczny. Dostaję w logach komunikat disk found, but is inaccessible.
