Help Plex na Samsung Tizen 6.5 i problem z napisami SRT

Dzień dobry, zmieniłem swój dotychczasowy telewizor oparty na android na telewizor Samsung oparty o tizen 6.5.
Początkowo miałem problemy z płynnością materiałów w 4K ale udało mi się to opanować.
Niestety mam teraz duży problem z zewnętrznymi napisami w formacie SRT. Pojawia mi się taki błąd:
"błąd odtwarzania konwersja nieudana. transkoder został zakończony z powodu błędu"
Dodam że mam Plex Pass, wypalanie napisów ustawione na auto
