Hello,

I tried to upgrade to v0.9.9-0037 via app center. Upgrade stucked at 80%, so I canceled the process and removed rtorrent in order to reinstall. I tried to install rtorrent from the app center again with the same result. During installation process I got few warnings, three ordinary (about custom download location, about default user name and about UPNP) and two more interesting - "cannot retrieve current version file" and "deleting existing directory in place of target symlink: /usr/bin/rtorrent".
What may be wrong?

I've done it (tried to reinstall after reboot) first of all. No effect.

I have limited in some way internet access. May it be a cause of these installation problems? I tried to install from .qpkg file and from repository with the same result...

If UPNP is swithed off on QNAP - I get an installation loop after "(warn) rtorrent: Unable to map ports with UPnP" ("firmware check is fine" again), loop cycle takes about 10 to 15 minutes:
Firmware check is fine.

(warn) rtorrent: Cannot retrieve current version file...
No IGD UPnP Device found on the network !
(warn) rtorrent: Unable to map ports with UPnP.

If UPNP is switched on, I get less warnings (no UPnP mapping warning) and installation stucks at "(warn) rtorrent: Cannot retrieve current version file.." (I'm already waiting for half an hour or so).

is your DNS resolution working ? nslookup google.com
are you using some kind of dns blocker/pihole and security appliance that can kill connections to Poland ?

DNS is OK and I do have problems connecting to Poland and to qnap.net.pl in particular. May it be the reason? Is there a way to avoid such connections?

Russia. And my IP is blocked from your side.

Thank you very much.
But now it stucks at "(info) rtorrent: Searching application update...

For nationally oriented government, as opposed to EU provinces, I suppose.

Thank you for your kind support.
