Pomoc tvs-471 upgrade RAM to 32G

I just upgrade CPU and RAM for my tvs-71.
But it looks tvs-471 not support 2 * 16G ram or 8G+16G RAM, it can recognize under BIOS. but can not recognize by system.
I try to use it in my ts-253b, it's normal.

guess they cannot address 32 GB? CPU limit for Celeron

can you check on i7 ? more /proc/cpuinfo from ssh.

if you get 64 there, maybe there's some limit in QNAP kernel/OS.

it looks support 32G ram. but when I insert 2*16G ram, the bios can not pass self test.

tvs-471 have 4 memory slots?

But in ts-253b, it shows max memory is 8G, but 32G can recognize normal, not specified 'Maximum Memory Module Size':
