Pomoc Unable to install rtorrent pro on TS-412

Firmware version: 4.3.3.1432 Build 20201006

Model name: QNAP ts-412

I have tried installing manually through the web interface and it fails so I tried as suggested on this forum to install via the shell

cd /share/Public
sh rtorrent_0.9.6-0417-190417_arm-x41\(1\).qpkg
Install QNAP package on TS-NAS...
Installation Abort.
[App Center] Failed to install rtorrent-Pro 0.9.6-0417. Installation package is incompatible. Use the correct package.
rtorrent_0.9.6-0417-190417_arm-x41(1).qpkg: line 22: ------: No such file or directory

I believe I have used the right package for a TS-412.

What is your platform? Have you tried uname command to find out if it's armv7l or not?

uname -a gives

Linux MrJones 3.4.6 #1 Tue Oct 6 10:10:48 CST 2020 armv5tel unknown

Does that mean that the arm processor is not compatible for the armx41 release?
