I'd just like to say thank you to your UK support team (Tony Yeh specifically). After my NAS failed to come back up and reg/green lighted after a firmware update and I managed to reflash a recovery firmware, Tony has helped me get the NAS back to a booting state and its now rebuilding the raid. The assistance after a rocky start (when I was being asked to do things i'd already stated that i'd tried and the results) to having my NAS back up and with my data (hopefully!) intact.
