If you are using Seagate 1.5TB hard drive(s) with firmware v2.0.2 (or before), please DO NOT upgrade the firmware to v2.0.3 Build 1016 via Web Administration directly. There will be an installation failure due to the compatibility. Please use QNAP finder v3.3.2 Build 1017 (or later), go to [Tools]->[Update Firmware] to update it.
If you have already encountered this problem, please restart your NAS first, then follow the instructions above to update the firmware via QNAP finder.
