There is a known issue that TS-X51 / TS-X53 Pro cannot shutdown and it is solved with newer
version of BIOS. You can follow below steps to update BIOS.
Preparation:
Reboot NAS.
After the reboot, check BIOS version again

flashrom, QW37AR36.BIN
Reboot NAS.
After the reboot, check BIOS version again
