I would like to upgrade the rtorrent pro but i've seen that its might not be possible as its may not be compatible however I saw in another post

Anyone got it running on a EOL qnap using atom?

I've got it running on the following:

Firmware: 4.34.0752 Build 20181026
Model Name: QNAP TS-869 Pro
CPU: Intel® Atom™ CPU D2700 @ 2.13GHz
RAM: 3GB

I can't see why it wouldn't work on the TS-869L

I see few issues - major one is libraries incompatibility
2nd one is performance - i know it's questionable , but we moving forward , not staying back , right ?

Because x69L is still x86 bit architecture.
And rtorrent-Pro is an 64-bit app.

I thought that when we upgraded the firmware from 4.2.2 to 4.3 it change the architecture to x64
