Pomoc QNAP TS-231 Losowe restarty

Witam,

w kwietniu 2015 zakupiłem serwer QNAP TS-231. Chodził od tamtej pory bez zarzutu. Pod koniec roku pojawiły się restarty, kompletnie losowe, nieważne czy coś było robione czy nie (oglądanie filmów, odczyt/zapis plików). Pomyślałem, żeby postawić system od nowa bo miałem kopie więc to nie był problem. Nie pomogło.

Pomyśłalem, że to dyski, ale je wykluczyłem stawiając system na nowych dyskach i używanych. NA wszystkich zachowywał się tak samo czyli restarty. Stawiałem jako pojedyńcze dyski jak i RAID aby wykluczyć wszystkie opcje. Nic nie pomagało.

Firmware był też zmieniany od 4.2.0 do najnowszej wersji, ale to chyba zbędne skoro wszystko hulało do tej pory.
Download station itp. wyłączone, jedynie transmission i Qsync.

Zgłosiłem więc reklamacje do eMAG(byłe Agito) 9 stycznia. Paczka została odebrana 20 stycznia (wysłałem trochę później , bo z kurierem się minąłem).

Wszystko w zgłoszeniu opisałem tak jak wyżej.

Wczoraj otrzymałem informację, że zgłoszenie zmieniło status na "Wada nie wykryta". Oczywiście serwer już dzisiaj do mnie wraca przy którym nic nie zrobiono.

Aby wykluczyć inne możliwości (złe prądy i takie tam) Pożyczyłem od kolegi inny serwer tej samej firmy)

NA tych samych dyskach nie ma żadnego problemu ani restartu od 2tygodni, czyli ewidentnie IMO problem leży po stronie QNAP TS-231.



Teraz pytanie co w tym temacie można zrobić? Jak widać eMag umywa rączki i nie może wykryć wady (ciekawe czy coś sprawdzali czy tylko podłączyli na 1h i stwierdzili, że ok).



Mam odebrać paczkę dzisiaj czy odmówić przyjęcia?

Co można dalej zrobić? Rzecznik?

Teraz w tych serwisach to pracują wiekszosci same przygłupy są tylko po tozrby przyjść towar napisać notatkę że nic nie stwierdzono i odesłać.
Ja bym na Twoim miejscu jeszcze sprawdził pamięć czy to nie jej wina.
Tak jak napisał SiewcaRyżu zrób i jeszcze zgłoś do qnapa ta sytuacje (serwisu)

Sprawdź zasilanie. Pożycz zasilacz od kolegi i sprawdź na swoim sprzęcie.
Znam co najmniej kilka przypadków różnych urządzeń elektronicznych gdzie nastąpiła awaria zasilacza i urządzenie działało źle np. nie uruchamiało się w ogóle, restartowało się itp.
NASy są dość prądożerne (zasilacz rzędu 5A) i jeśli zasilacz nie da im tyle prądu to mogą działać nieprawidłowo.

Potencjalnie jest możliwe, że serwis w emag sprawdził Twój sprzęt na ... swoim zasilaczu i nie wykrył usterki

Dzięki za wszelką pomoc. Odbiorę więc paczkę. Sprawdzę na nowym zasilaczu i najwyżej jeszcze raz reklamacje wystawie. Zadzwonię też wcześniej do kierownika serwisu i nakreślę sytuację.
Nie widzę na stronie eMAG kontaktu do serwisu, mam nadzieje, że na infolinii podadzą kontakt.
krissos jak sprawdzić pamięć? Nie wiem czy kolega zgodzi się na rozbieranie i podmianę sprzętu.

Nie mam laptopa aby mieć jak sprawdzić pamięć, to raczej robota serwisu powinna być. Koledze Qnapa nie będę też rozkładał.
Odebrałem, podłączyłem i po kilku minutach już restart, próba kopiowania plików z jednego na drugi serwer od razu restart. Nie sadzę aby ponowna reklamacja coś wniosła skoro w odpowiedzi na reklamacje odpisali, że zrobili stress test HDD 26 godzinny oraz Memory test z poziomu modułu diagnostycznego QTS.
Jeszcze sprawdzę zasilacz dla pewności i zanim wyślę to zadzwonię do serwisu.
Na ekspertyzie jest Konsorcjum FEN w poznaniu więc raczej nie eMAG się tym zajmuje tylko pośredniczy. Zna ktoś?

Skoro to gwarancja producenta to może wysłać poza eMAG do jakiegoś dobrego serwisu? Jest w Polsce serwis QNAP?
Zasilacz nic nie zmienia. Czy to próba przesłania z serwera około 90GB danych, czy z kompa około 30GB robi to samo. Drugi serwer nie ma z tym problemów, ten też nie miał kiedyś.

dziwne syntax w dmesg hm... tego to jeszcze nie widzialem, coś nie gra w systemie jak na moje, ale moge się mylić, jak koledzy pisali dla pewności bym ram-y sprawdził bo to też często bardzo powoduje problemy

Rozwiązany - TS-231 Upgrade pamięci RAM. Na co zwrócić uwagę.
Więc chyba nie mamy dalej co rozmyślać nad wymianą pamięci a tylko zrobieniem testu. W weekend spróbuje ogarnąć ten test pamięci RAM.
