Pomoc Can't delete torrent : "XMLRPC Error: Duplicate filename found. [removewithdata]" or " XMLRPC Error: Duplicate filename found. [getsavepath]"

I need some help. There is torrent file I'd like to delete (cause it does not download - it is always marked as stopped). In ruTorrent I get the messages above.

Fist was "XMLRPC Error: Duplicate filename found. [removewithdata]": But I did't find any files or directories. So i checked in flood. There was a directory given (../downloads/[TorrenFileDir]/). This I created a directory named TorrenFileDir].
After trying to delete this (torrent+data) I got "XMLRPC Error: Duplicate filename found. [getsavepath]".
So if anyone knows what to do I would appreciate it...
