Dyskusja Rtorrent "Unable to create user/group 'rtorrent'"

Witam

Mam problem z najnowszą wersją (0.9.6-1119_x86) rtorrenta.
Po instalacji mam komunikat:
"Błąd 2016/11/19 13:08:29 rtorrent 127.0.0.1 localhost (err!) rtorrent: Unable to create user/group 'rtorrent'. Cannot continue! "

Odinstalowanie i instalacja od nowa nie pomogła, restart NASa również w niczym nie pomógł. Usunięcie grupy "rtorrent" i ponowna instalacja utworzyła sobie od nowa tą grupę, ale komunikat nadal się wyświetla. Może ktoś się spotkał już z takim problemem. Poprzednia wersja rtorrent działała poprawnie.

No przecież pisali że najnowsza wersja rT jest tylko stabilna na QTS 4.3 / trzeba czekać jak będzie dostępna dla wszystkich bo na razie to tylko beta.

Myślałem, że oprócz na QTS 4.3 będzie działało również na starszych wersjach QTS .

Were you able to fix the error? I'm having the same issue. Surely, it must work on 4.2.2, otherwise which version should we use if we want to use rtorrent without using a beta operating system? Dig up my 0.9.6b 0422?

RTFM:
NEW rtorrent is compiled for 64 bit QTS which is 4.3
QTS below 4.3 is 32bit !

I have the same problem I get this error:

I am trying to install : rtorrent_0.9.6-1119_x86.qpkg

And I have a QNAP TVS-463 with Firmware: 4.2.2 Build 20161102

How to fix this problem? please help me

It's not working on firmware 4.2.2. If you want this rtorrent you have to wait and install QTS 4.3.

Okay so there is no way to install QTS 4.3 beta at the moment or?

Can I install the old version again and it should work again?
