The first method appears to work but I removed the "tv" part because I still use that folder for hardlinking. The second method didn't appear to work. Thank you so much for your help!
I am assuming this method would only work if I had "Automatically organize downloaded media content" enabled in the rtorrent general settings which I currently have disabled.
It appears all of the hard links are being created though autotools which I have enabled in rtorrent Advanced UI...
Is there a way to disable a folder from being hard linked in rTorrent-Pro?
I currently have sonarr and rTorrent both creating hard links which I am finding cumbersome. I know I can turn off "completed download handling" in sonarr but I would rather have sonarr make the hard-links instead of...
I had a handful of torrents that I had downloaded and they were 100% complete and they even had hard links for them in the "complete" folder. I closed out rTorrent by going to the App Center on the QNAP and hit "Stop" under the rTorrent drop down options. When I reopened rTorrent it shows those...
Changing anything in the settings will stay for the session but will revert back to default after restart. If I go into my settings and change the "Number of upload slots" from 300 to 10 for example, these settings will stay for the remainder of having rtorrent running. If I close out rtorrent...
I am force rechecking and not actually restarting the downloads. I am aware if the files aren't there it will try to redownload but this is happening when the torrents are stopped. And it somehow replaced the original file even though the file was there.
Sorry I thought I had email notifications on and didn't realize you responded. This has happened before when I have tried cross seeding torrents or when I relocate the original torrent. I will right click on the torrent and click "Save to..." and redirect the torrent to whatever I am trying to...
Yes I just checked with 3 different browsers and everything is just blank. I am on a Mac and I tried using Safari Version 13.1.2 (15609.3.5.1.3) as well as Chrome Version 85.0.4183.121 (Official Build) (64-bit). I have cleared the cache and refreshed multiple times and Avalanche shows no...
Advanced and Flood view are working correctly but Avalanche view shows no information. It appears there are no torrents running in Avalanche when they are in fact working on Advanced and Flood.

I just recently purchased rTorrent-Pro and I have been loving it so far. I have run into an issue though where after I set the download location, after a while, it will change the location back to the default. I read that to prevent this you can edit the rtorrent.rc file but I cant find it...
