No, I just drag the torrent to the Rtorrent web interface and it warns so.

in rtorrent share , there's should be folder named "watch" put that file there

I just made a test.
Put a 33.4 KB torrent in the watch folder, download autostart working
Put a 2.21 MB torrent in the watch folder, no autostart

seems like an issue here.

Maybe file is corrupted? Is it still in watch directory or its extension was changed to .failed?

No, I don't think the torrent file is corrupted. I opened in another BT tool, it works ok.
The file is still in the watch directory and no change of the file name.

Can you provide this .torrent file to replicate?
