Pomoc Bandwidth Settings

Have a decent gigabit connection and running R-Torrent Pro on my QNAP.

Question is, the local settings - I'm not sure what best to apply. Current settings are shown. I usually only share a dozen or so torrents at any one time, but I've found I download very quickly but share only very slowly using a fraction of my bandwidth. Are there better settings I should use here?

Note that are empiric values - it mostly depends on combination of your internet connection speed, tracker swarm (how many ppl are using it) and what can your nas/network work with.
Assuming you use it for download private ISOs ;P

99 minimum peers ? I'd setup 10 - depends how big your swarm is on that tracker.

while I'd increate 20 upload slots per torrent to 50.

I'd be not suprised, if your ISP is throtling torrents or some kind security is in place - for example IDS/IPS can reduce transfer speed a lot (fu TP-Link!).

Thanks - no throttling here (Hyperoptic).

Will update setting as you suggest and see if things help. I just feel with all the upload bandwidth sitting and very few people connect to me to download. Its sometimes difficult to keep a ratio going.

Depends on swarm and torrent itself
Somethings are more desired than another.
