Pomoc Citadel serwer mailowy problem z uruchomieniem

Mam problem z uruchomieniem citadel.Instaluje się poprawnie ,włączam przekierowuje na stronę i nic się nie wyswietla oprócz błędu:

[QUOTEThis program was unable to connect or stay connected to the Citadel server. Please report this problem to your system administrator.][/QUOTE]

i pod spodem read more klikam na read more i pokazuje taki tekst:

When connecting to WebCit, the message "This program was unable to connect or stay connected to the Citadel server. Please report this problem to your system administrator" appears.
The Citadel system consists of several major components. The Citadel server provides an abstracted storage layer and several access protocols such as IMAP and POP3. WebCit provides a web-based user interface that connects to the Citadel server.

Without a working Citadel server, , WebCit is unable to provide you with any more content than this error page. The reason for this might be that citserver is not running; another might be that you configured it to listen to another IP address or port, or if your Citadel server is running on another host, it might not be able to reach it.

Nie wiem w czym problem tak jakby cos blokowało tą stronę lub był brak dostępu.
