If I link a movie to my Rtorrent it doesn't even try to start downloading.

We dont know what you mean.
Try downloading ubuntu torrent and see if it downloads.

What I mean is when I add a torrent file to download it doesn't start downloading it.
It just hangs.
Qbitorrent works just fine

What is the torrent status? Does it Connect to the tracker? What are your bind interface settings? Does your NAS have proper internet connection? Try ubuntu torrent first

Yes Ubuntu seems to be downloading

So this is issue not with rtorrent but with your torrent tracker. Find and use private trackers instead.

I added the link directly from the site.
Shouldn't it just grab it from there?
I'm adding trackers to Prowlarr now to see if that works

These were added automatically by my indexer but it's still not downloading them.
