From the server panel on PC (Windows) I cannot enter the Rtorrent application (what should I write here?)

as Damian mentioned - rtorrent/admin
you could also find it over documentation - and in worse case scenarion - reset it : Login i hasło - Reset user credentials - Login/Password to rtorrent-Pro

And how to fix the warning from the log:
2023-03-03 17:09:15 rtorrent 127.0.0.1 --- --- --- (warn) rtorrent: DHT default port 6881 is already in use. Perhaps an another downloader is already running on that port? It might be system-reserved or in use by Download Station. Until you change the DHT port number in the settings, DHT service may not work correctly. The next available port number is 6882.

How to change the port to rtorrent (from 6881 to 6882) in my Qnap?

check whatever is using mentioned port and take decision disable it (Qnap's Download station is a crap , so I would disable it) or change the port in configuration ..

PRO EXPERTS ONYL: enable FAQ SSH, login as admin, execute netstat -tulpn | grep 6881, find affecting binary and terminate that program

1st option is definitly easier.
