Hi, I am afraid I am fairly noobish with these kind of things. I was running and older version of Rtorrent Pro from about 12-24 months ago (I think it may have ended with like BB01) and I decided to update to what I believe is the current version .9.9-0031 and now when I try to open the interface all I get is an empty screen and some error messages. Also, I am getting warning notifications in my QNAP desktop when I start Rtorrent. I had like 1500 torrents in Rtorrent and I would really like to get them back if possible. If anyone can provide any insight I would really appreciate it.

Torrents are safe stored in session directory.

I am not familiar with that but I will look into it and get it set up ASAP.
Thanks for the continued support.

Hi
I just hit F12 to open developer tools in your browser and from Network tab I disabled cache and then hit Ctrl+F5 to refresh UI.
Seems everything works well, disconnecting from your teamviewer.
Bye

Thank you Silas for posting the solution to this thread.
Was also running into this issue after upgrading from a really old version and seeing that same error message:
Disabling cache within the developer options on my browser also worked for me.

Hello,
I had the same issue by updating my rTorrent-pro version but unfortunately, the trick of
Silas Mariusz didn't work for me.
So here is an other solution that worked for me.
Just in case it happens to somebody else.
In the Firefox browser, make sure to disable the " Enhanced Tracking Protection " when you want to open the WebUI.
