How to trigger Plex Media Server to rescan it's library

Hello,

in the newer versions of rtorrent there is an option "Trigger Media Server instance to rescan it's library". I want to use it with Plex, but I don't know how to setup it exactly :s

This option is related to media library - filebot.
You don't need it if plex is running on localhost and configured to scan library in real time.

This option is recommended if there is another media server in a network.
Then you must find plex token and set it as example.
