Sorry for the question, but as I'm not a regular user of torrent programs, I'm a bit lost. How do I set the speeds in rtorrent? I do not understand the options that appear in speed settings, appear 10 slots with different ups and downs in Kib / s being the maximum 256. Isn't that where I configure the speed capacity of my line?
